Sage Pastel On-Site Support:

Compucare provides on-site support for the following versions of Sage Pastel’s software packages: V5 - V19. 

Our support offering includes:
Setup – Setting up the company, general ledger, customers and suppliers master files and parameters
Installation – Installing the Pervasive database engine and Pastel Software
Trouble shooting – Assist with any Pastel Accounting and Pervasive run time errors
Data fixing - Correct any data corruption within your company
Fault finding - Issues with database connectivity, networking between workstations & other faults

On Site support is provided for the following Sage Pastel products:
Sage Pastel Xpress Startup
Sage Pastel Xpress
Sage Pastel Partner
All additional modules

Sage Pastel Payroll On-Site Support:

Compucare provides on-site Sage Pastel Payroll support services which includes the following:
Setup – Setting up the company, employees, payslip transactions and default parameters
Installation – Installing the Pastel Payroll product and pervasive database as well as registering the software
Trouble shooting – Assist with any Pastel Payroll or pervasive errors
Data fixing – Correct any data corruption within your company
Fault finding - Issues with database connectivity, networking between workstations & other faults
Bi annual & Annual Reconciliations – Processing of year end rollovers, IRP5 certificates, Pastel payroll year ends and submission on easyfile

Note: All on-site support calls are billed per hour or part thereof : Hourly Rate - R 735 per Hour

Remote and Telephonic Support

Compucare provides remote and telephonic support which includes most of the above related services unless an On-site visit is preferred.

Remote support is provided for the following Pastel products:

Sage Pastel Xpress Start-up
Sage Pastel Xpress
Sage Pastel Partner
All additional modules
Sage Pastel Payroll

Note: All Remote/Telephonic support calls are billed per 15 minute session or part thereof : Hourly Rate - R735 per Hour
